Strengths: Ideation, Strategic, Input, Connectedness, Learner
When Veronica (“Dr. V”) joined DM&A, she brought decades of experience from an eclectic career where she consistently leveraged her unique strengths to make a positive impact everywhere she went. Born in Montreal, Canada and graduated from the renown McGill University, she began her career as a social worker and psychotherapist. Following that, she was the owner of a video production company, a manager of a rubber printing blanket manufacturer, a global corporate culture transformation consultant, a program manager at a textbook publisher, and finally retiring from her role as an engagement leader for a multi-million dollar technology engagement with a global entertainment corporation
It was at this time when she was introduced to DM&A. Within days, she became an extremely busy consultant who wears numerous hats including facilitator, Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, and project manager. Not only is she a valuable team member at DM&A, she is also pursuing her life’s passion and is a graduate school professor teaching courses in project management and leadership. The one thing she does that is consistent with others who “retire” is that she spends time with her two adorable cats, and travels the world with Dave, her husband of thirty-five years. Recent trips include Paris, Istanbul, Cape Town, Greece and Italy. Something few people know about Dr. V is that she recently published her first murder mystery, “Temporary Interest” and is releasing a humorous podcast called “What the Hell?!?” We invite you to get to know Dr. V….
