Leslie O’Meara

Ms. Leslie O’Meara leads the internal Human Resources function for DM&A, managing all aspects of staff resource development and retention. In addition, she consults at many DM&A clients, providing Human Resources, Organizational Alignment, and Change Management expertise. She recently completed an engagement where she led a Human Resource organizational assessment, providing a gap analysis between current state and a desired future state, making recommendations for industry best practice.
