Leslie O’Meara
Vice-President, Human Capital and Organizational Development

Ms. Leslie O’Meara leads the internal Human Resources function for DM&A, managing all aspects of staff resource development and retention. In addition, she consults at many DM&A clients, providing Human Resources, Organizational Alignment, and Change Management expertise. She recently completed an engagement where she led a Human Resource organizational assessment, providing a gap analysis between current state and a desired future state, making recommendations for industry best practice.

Ms. Tina Rourk regularly works with clients in the area of Strategic Planning and IT Assessment, Business Process Optimization, IT Security and Risk Management, Interim IT leadership, and IT best practices. Ms. Rourk is a seasoned information technology veteran who has spent over 20 years in IT, providing valuable leadership, guidance, and input in a diverse range of disciplines, including hospitality, contact centers, business process outsourcing, and manufacturing.
