Serena Frank - Principal of the Governance and Strategy Practice
Ms. Serena Frank leads the Strategy/Governance practice at DM&A, and possesses over 20 years of experience in the finance, publishing, healthcare, hospitality, and other industries. She has a wide range of expertise in the areas of strategy execution, governance, organizational leadership and development, project portfolio and program management, IT/Business relationship management, quality management, business analysis and process reengineering. After completing her Master’s of Science degree, she began her professional career at IBM in the Finance Industry in New York City.
Ms. Frank was a Principle Consultant when she left IBM after ten years, to join the Walt Disney World Company as a business relationship and program manager. During her tenure there she led the initiation and evolution of IT Governance, project portfolio and program management, and strategic execution through metrics based management. After presenting this success story at a conference, Ms. Frank was recruited to Harcourt Inc. where she led an “IT Transformation”.
Immediately prior to joining Diane Meiller and Associates, Inc., Ms. Frank spent three years as a Senior Vice President at Wyndham Vacation Ownership in Central Florida, where she had broad leadership responsibility including IT Global Strategy, Project Portfolio Management, and Staff Operations. She successfully implemented Governance, Project Portfolio and Project Delivery Management, Quality Management, Risk Management and metrics based management.
Ms. Frank is a recognized leader and has presented at numerous conferences, most recently, Hackett, topic “Organizing for Successful IT Business Alignment - IT Leadership Forum” (October 2008) and Gartner, topic “IT Governance and PMO” (June 2008).
Leslie O’Meara-Malfitano - Director of Human Resources
Ms. Leslie O’Meara-Malfitano joins DM&A as the Director of Human Resources, managing all aspects of staff resource development and retention. Prior to joining DM&A, Ms. O’Meara-Malfitano held positions in Business and Resource Development for a global Information Technology services and solutions company. In addition, she spent several years as a Senior Human Resource Generalist for Office Depot, Inc headquartered in Delray Beach, Fl where she was responsible for recruiting, staff augmentation, compensation and benefits, employee retention and organizational development for the 400+ employees within the Information Technology division.
Ms. O’Meara-Malfitano earned her undergraduate degree from the Florida State University and her Masters in Human Resource Management from Nova Southeastern University.
Florrie Yee - Senior Consultant
Ms. Yee is an Information Technology leader with extensive experience in defining and delivering on IT strategic initiatives. She is exceptional at developing business partnerships and high performance teams which drive superior performance in application development and support, infrastructure and operations. She has demonstrated her ability to achieve technology enhancements that further organizational success in Business Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Engineering and Security in the Hospitality, Entertainment, High Technology, Education and the Utility Industries.
Recently Ms. Yee was the IT Leader for a technology organization which was acquired. Prior to that she held leadership positions at an Educational institution with 60 campuses and 40,000 students, and at Walt Disney World where she was a highly respected Project Manager for 10 years, she has also been a Director of IT Systems at a Utility company. Ms. Yee holds a BS degree from Bentley College and an MBA degree from Boston University.
