Diane R. Meiller - President/CEO
Ms. Meiller has over 25 years of experience in the technology services industry, specializing in the areas of Business Strategy, Marketing and Sales, Human Resources, and Operations Management. Her career started off in Human Resources at IBM in East Fishkill, New York, followed by Sales and Marketing assignments in Tucson, Boston, and Manhattan, whereupon she received numerous commendations for outstanding performance, including IBM’s Chairman Award. In 1986, she joined EDS where she spent five years in the areas of Recruiting, Marketing, Business Development, and Strategic Planning.
Since moving to Florida in 1990, Ms. Meiller spent 15 years in Branch and Regional Operations in the IT Staffing and Solutions industry. There was a significant focus on business alignment, after-market acquisition strategy and transition, and corporate-wide Client business relationship management during her 4 years with Sykes Enterprises and 11 plus years with Modis, a division of MPS Group. After a short engagement with a venture capital organization specializing in technology services outsourcing in South America, Ms. Meiller decided to pursue her lifelong dream of creating a boutique management consulting company in January, 2006. Diane Meiller and Associates, Incorporated is a women-owned business which specializes in business process and efficiencies, Project Management, Change Management, IT Governance/Program Management, Executive Coaching, Organizational Development and Training.
DM&A is an active participant and contributor to numerous community organizations including Metro Orlando EDC, Junior Achievement, Society for Information Management, IIBA, POWER, United Arts of Central Florida and others.
Ms. Meiller was born and raised on the New Jersey shore, where she resided with her parents until attending St. Michaels College in Vermont, and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts. Ms. Meiller has been a resident of Central Florida since 1990 and devotes her time and energy in building a first-class consultancy organization. Diane has three sons Sebastien (16), Jean-Christian (12), Luc (6).
Serena Frank - Principal of the Governance and Strategy Practice
Diane Meiller and Associates recently appointed Serena Frank as Principal of the Governance and Strategy Practice. In her new position, Ms. Frank will oversee, direct and provide business transformation consulting expertise to clients in multiple industries nationwide. She brings over twenty years of experience to the role, including her most recent position as a Senior Vice President of IT with Wyndham Vacation Ownership, preceded by many years as a Principal Consultant and Certified Solutions Manager with IBM Global Services, an Organizational Development and Project Management specialist with Walt Disney World, and a PMO Director with Harcourt Publishing.
