DM&A Performance Excellence Consulting Practice where we are engaged to work with executives on organizational initiatives in the areas of:

DM&A Role Based Consulting Practice provides clients with an opportunity to bring in specific Program/Project Management and Business Process and Analysis experience and expertise for an interim period of time, or on a project specific basis. A consultant or team is engaged to manage a large IT project, such as any large implementation, upgrade, or deployment, or provide the business analyst/strategist expertise required for successful implementation. As part of the DM&A organization, consultants receive regular professional development, including certifications, functional or industry roles, and report to an internal Practice Leader who provides additional project deliverable oversight.
